COASTAL SOUL is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Whether it's in the common TV area, hunkered down in the dedicated workspace, chilling in a bedroom, or hanging out grilling poolside. Don't let the casual, beachy-vibe fool you. Attention was given to every detail, to include luxury pillows and bedding, and most everything you could possibly need for your stay. Please note our pool heater is OFF between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat.
House Rules & Guest Guidelines
-- Check-In / Check-Out --
* Check in after 3:00 PM
* Check-out by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival)
-- Trash & Recycling --
* Wednesday: place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup.
* Saturday: place trash bin only.
* Please do not put trash in the recycling bin. If this happens and removal is required, a fee will be charged.
-- Umbrellas --
* Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage.
-- Beach Equipment --
* Shake off sand and rinse items before returning them to storage so they’re ready for the next guests.
-- Lights & A/C --
* Turn off lights when leaving the house.
* A/C may be set as low as 72°F. Lower settings can freeze the system.
* Keep all windows and sliders closed while A/C is running.
-- Ceiling Fans --
* Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible.
-- Appliances --
* Dryer: Clean lint trap after each use.
* Dishwasher: Load and run before checkout.
* Garbage Disposal: Do not put anything inside that could cause clogs.
-- Pool Rules --
* Dogs are not allowed in the pool (pet hair can damage the filter).
* Do not touch pool equipment behind the house.
* The pool remote is not waterproof. Do not leave the pool remote outside as it can get water damage.
* No jumping off the spa into the pool as this will cause the tile to break.

* Pool is serviced every Monday.
* Landscaping service is every Thursday.
* Absolutely no parties allowed!
